Task description
Nowak Consulting is a specialized consulting firm focused on negotiation, sales, and coaching, offering a broad range of services—from negotiation training and salary coaching to business succession planning and mediation. The previous website was overloaded with content, had an outdated design, and offered little in the way of clear user guidance. The goal was a complete relaunch: leaner, more modern, and optimized for search engine visibility from the start.
Implementation
The collaboration was close and based on partnership from the very beginning: The client provided extensive content, which we structured and edited down together. The visual concept emerged as a blend of an existing corporate PowerPoint presentation and our own design ideas—ensuring the new site aligns with the brand without appearing arbitrary. The sitemap and page structure were developed collaboratively, and Gutenberg templates were created for recurring page types. SEO wasn’t an afterthought but an integral part of the project from the start: In addition to the basic technical structure, the client received customized training to prepare future content for search engines on their own. The project was rounded out by setting up a blog as a long-term channel for visibility.
Result
A clearly structured, professional website that presents Nowak Consulting’s wide range of services in a clear and organized manner—and whose administrators, after completing training, will be able to publish new content independently and in an SEO-friendly manner.
