Task description

Dermatologie Murmann is a dermatology practice in Kronach. The advertising agency Werbers Büro GmbH handled the overall design of the website and commissioned me to handle the technical implementation in WordPress. The requirement was a pre-designed agency layout that needed to be ported to WordPress with pixel-perfect accuracy and in a way that would allow for easy maintenance—as a one-page site featuring all relevant practice information and an integrated appointment booking system.

Implementation

The website was built as a one-page site using WordPress and Gutenberg and includes all the essential sections of a modern medical practice website: an overview of the practice, current announcements, treatment specialties, and contact information. The appointment booking system is seamlessly integrated via an iframe from the service provider arzt-direkt.de—without any disruption to the patient’s experience. After the project was completed, the practice received training and now updates content such as current announcements independently.

Result

A clear, trustworthy website for the practice that technically flawlessly implements the agency’s design—with integrated online appointment booking and a structure that the practice can maintain on its own.
